We aim to deliver most orders within two weeks, and all within six weeks. On placing an order on-line you will receive instant email confirmation, together with an order number which you should note or print. We will then send you an email within 3 working days of an order being placed to advise on timing. For standard items, we will charge your credit card one week (at most) prior to the first possible despatch date. We will post out a confirmation of despatch date and a credit card receipt at this time. For custom items, we will charge your credit card when a special order is made.

Should you decide that you would like to cancel the purchase of any item prior to despatch, please email bedding@savoirbeds.co.uk quoting your order number and we will credit your card accordingly. Once an order has been despatched, our returns policy applies.

We deliver using a carrier. The majority of UK mainland orders for over £100.00 are delivered free of charge on a standard pre-noon weekday delivery. We will select a specific weekday, and can change this to make it more convenient for you.

If more convenient, we can make items available for collection at either our central London showroom or our West London warehouse (see contact page). We will deduct -£15.00 from any order collected in this way (or in the case of an order under £100.00 will not charge the £15.00 supplement).
